I like the idea of sailing off into the Mystic - with dreams swirling about and endless possibilities. Sometimes, it seems as if so much is hidden from us and yet, many times, a closer look can reveal what we never knew existed....
The size of my little "explorer" is 2 1/2" high by 2 1/8" wide and there is a tube affixed to the back for hanging as a pendant or on the wall.

I really love the term "endless possibilities" in really connects with me. My parents travel and collect masks like this and it is really cool that you have a blog like this. You have given me something to share with my mom and dad. This is so amazing! I am sincerely grateful for what you are doing here.

I love your masks, but this one is definitely one of my favorites! How do you get such detail in such a small piece?! I know I'll never be on your level of sculpting, but you inspire me to play more with the polymer clay faces I was trying to do and still haven't managed the knack of free-forming anything I've been happy with yet. Take care!
ReplyDeleteI've just wandering thru your blog and i am so happy that i've found you. I love your masks! Each and every one of them. I love the emotions on their faces and their eyes tell many stories. So beautiful.....
